Current and future needs of the organisation

The current and future needs of the organisation are largely based on the various areas identified during the SWOT Analysis. In order for any organisation to be successful and effective, it is critical to not only understand the current needs of the organisation but also the future needs to ensure strategies that can adapt to any changes in the external environment by insuring the internal environment is table and goal driven.
